As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Call Center Representative (Arabic & English Speaker) to join our Client Services team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist clients with service inquiries, bookings, order updates, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Coordinate with boutiques, production, and client service teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Meet individual and team performance targets while delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Previous experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, Client Relations, or Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good computer skills and confidence using CRM or customer service systems.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in the luxury retail, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
