The Call Centre Agent is responsible for handling all client inquiries and support related to company registration processes and requirements. This role requires a customer-centric approach, efficient communication, and in-depth knowledge of our processes, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely assistance through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support and Query Management:

Respond promptly to client inquiries related to our requirements through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Provide accurate information on company registration processes, documentation requirements, and timelines.

Handle inbound queries, ensuring clarity and resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Make outbound calls to follow up on client inquiries, provide updates, or address pending registration requirements.

Internal Coordination:

Collaborate with our departments and designated Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to resolve client issues promptly.

Escalate unresolved queries to relevant departments as per the internal escalation matrix.

CRM and Database Management:

Log all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system with detailed records of inquiries, comments, and resolutions.

Continuously update and maintain the client database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in customer support.

Knowledge Management:

Stay updated on our processes, policies, and other products and services to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Regularly review changes in our requirements and ensure alignment in responses provided to clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or customer support environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
