We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team and ensure that our products are well-displayed, properly stocked, and attractively presented in stores. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing product visibility, implementing promotional strategies, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and display products in an appealing and organized manner.

Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are fully stocked.

Implement promotional campaigns and price changes as required.

Coordinate with store managers to ensure product availability.

Conduct regular market research to analyze consumer trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and promotions.

Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines and display standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Flexibility to travel between store locations if required.
