We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive the growth of our company.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

How your day will look like:

Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, Contacting clients through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and video calls

Conducting virtual or in-person meetings with clients

Demonstrating and presenting our products

Developing relationships with prospects and maintaining contact with clients

Providing support, information, and guidance to clients

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Attending exhibitions, conferences, and meetings

Reviewing sales performance

Negotiating contracts and packages

Working towards monthly or annual targets

Requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Goal-oriented mindset.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Confidence and energy in sales interactions
