Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

Document and maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer preferences.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Arabic; Excellent English language skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
