Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Trainer to lead training programs for our housekeeping staff in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and infection control measures are properly implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on cleaning protocols, infection control, and safety procedures.
Develop and update training materials and modules.
Monitor and assess staff performance, providing feedback and coaching.
Ensure compliance with healthcare hygiene and safety regulations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and cleaning standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in healthcare housekeeping or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Certification in hygiene and infection control standards.
Previous training or coaching experience is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
