Role Description The Cake Decorator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role involves decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies to meet brand standards and customer specifications, including custom designs for events and celebrations. The Cake Decorator will prepare frostings and fillings, assist with baking tasks, and ensure products are presented attractively in the display cases. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene guidelines, collaborating with the bakery team, and interacting with customers to understand their design preferences and provide friendly service.
Qualifications
- Should have at least 1-2 years experience of Making expert 3D, fondant designs on cakes.
- Should know the basic of Baking and Cake Decorating.
- Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings (3D Topping) to achieve a finished appearance.
- Should be able to speak and understand English.
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment(if and when needed).
- Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions (if and when needed).
- Attend events on behalf of the company and participate in trainings and workshops.
- Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen is always clean and maintain hygiene.
- Ensure accurate use of recipes by maintaining proper record of baking operations.
- Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
