Cake Decorator Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Kidz Factory
We are looking for a cake decorator/artist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is artistic, flexible, and willing to take on multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
-Decorating a cake with fondant from A-Z (cutting the cake sponge, assembling the cake using various fillings/creams, covering the cake with ganache then fondant, and decorating the cake.
– Painting on cakes and cookies – Decorating cake pops, cookies, cupcakes etc… – Creating 3D fondant toppers with GREAT detail
– Styro carving and fake cake decorating – Making fondant/ gumpaste flowers -Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
– High attention to detail is a MUST – small details matter!!!! -Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned according to the company standard, and presented properly in a clean safe, and sanitary manner, according to all established procedures, performance standards, and local health department regulations.
– Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness.
– Must be able to perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant if needed.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,200.00 per month
