Job Summary:

The CAFM Operations Program Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations using CAFM software, optimizing maintenance, space planning, and asset management. The role involves managing systems, leading programs, analyzing data, improving processes, and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CAFM System: Oversee system operations, updates, and integration with other tools.

Program Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance facility operations using CAFM.

Data Analysis: Monitor and report on facility performance metrics.

Budgeting: Manage budgets for CAFM systems and related services.

Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational enhancements.

Training: Provide training on CAFM software for staff.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years in facilities management, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience with CAFM software required.

Skills: Strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills. Proficient in CAFM software and MS Office.

Preferred:

Advanced CAFM certifications.

Experience in corporate or large-scale facilities management.
