A well reputed cafeteria based in Ajman is looking for a female supervisor/cashier.
The idealc andidate will have experience in a cafeteria or similar environment and be able to handle both counter service and cashier duties.
Job description :
· Oversee the day-to-day operation of the cafeteria
· Train and Motivate Employees.
· Monitor sales and financial status of the branch
· Ensure all food items are up to standard
· Taking customer order on phone and prepare food and beverages
· Review Customers feedback for the betterment of the outlet
· Managing staff’s work schedules.
· Conducting regular inspections of the kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
· Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
· Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other cafeteria essentials are adequately stocked.
· Operate the cash register and handle the payment. Monitoring the cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
· Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job requirement:
· Diploma/Graduate
· At least 2 years UAE experience preferably with cafeteria/restaurant background
· Must have strong and good communication skills both in Arabic and English
· Multi-tasking and Flexible
· Honest and Trustworthy
· Sales Oriented
