Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day café operations
- Supervise and train staff to deliver high-quality service
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Track sales, control costs, and improve profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Café Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (UAE experience preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
