Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Team Management
- supervise, and motivate café staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and enhance customer satisfaction
Inventory Management
- Control operational costs and minimize waste
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination
Quality Control
- Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality
- Maintain café standards for service, presentation, and ambiance
- Work closely with the kitchen/barista team to improve efficiency and product quality
