Site CAD Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Site CAD Manager to lead the development, coordination, and control of all site planning drawings for a large‑scale project in Riyadh.

Overview

This role is critical in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on a single, accurate, and up-to-date site plan, supporting smooth execution across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Planning & CAD Management
  • Own and manage the master site plan, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all drawings.
  • Develop and maintain detailed site layouts, venue maps, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure all plans are buildable, practical, and aligned with operational requirements.
• Version Control & Drawing Management
  • Maintain strict version control across all drawings and updates.
  • Ensure all stakeholders work from the latest approved versions.
  • Track revisions and maintain a clear record of changes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with key functional teams including Traffic Management, Crowd Management, HSE (Health & Safety), Operations and Logistics, and Production / Overlay teams.
  • Consolidate inputs from all stakeholders into a single coordinated site plan.
• Clash Detection & Problem Solving
  • Identify and resolve design conflicts and spatial clashes early in the planning phase.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively flag risks and propose solutions.
• Onsite Support
  • Support onsite teams during the build and execution phases.
  • Ensure drawings are accurately interpreted and implemented on site.
  • Provide real‑time updates and revisions as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in site planning, CAD management, or technical design coordination.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or similar tools is a plus).
• Experience working on large‑scale projects such as events, stadiums, exhibitions, or complex sites.
• Solid understanding of overlay, site logistics, and venue operations.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple revisions under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Experience working on large‑scale international events or major venues.
• Background in event overlay, venue planning, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to start before June and commit through October.
• Currently based in Riyadh or immediately available to relocate.
