Cabin Crew Training – General Operations Coordinator Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Emirates
To support the Cabin Crew Training – General Operations Partner in coordinating and facilitating all administrative responsibilities, including the maintenance and procurement of training materials and equipment. Providing technical support to both learners and the training team. Acting as the Health and Safety Champion. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders such as Facilities Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the CCT facility.

Outline :
Job purpose: Monitor, control, and interpret all relevant administration documentation (e.g., learners’ records, certifications, learners’ sign-off, regulatory licensing, etc.) to ensure correct policy, standards, and procedures are being applied and adhered to. This includes supporting key stakeholders (e.g., SEP, GMT, AVECs).
Handle allocation of learners and days of operational changes to ensure learners are enrolled and reassigned to specific courses as required.
Monitor and control the distribution of stationary and other learning materials (e.g., course books, manuals, etc.).
Process learners’ enquiries regarding learning programs and certifications and act as a liaison with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor the status of mandatory online learning courses to ensure learners have completed assigned trainings and communicate non-completion to the respective facilitators.
Create and manage various SharePoint and Teams sites accessed by learners and facilitators, ensuring relevant information is up to date.
Provide technical support to enable new joiners to access various company applications and systems (e.g., emails, portals, applications, etc.). Additionally, support all technical requirements (e.g., classroom setups, projectors, PCs, etc.) within COE (CCT) to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and support the database on COE (CCT) assets, supplies, and facilities, escalate areas of concern to the respective stakeholders and suppliers, and raise and monitor all purchase orders, Service Now tickets, and requisitions on behalf of COE (CCT) team members.
Qualifications & Experience
In-Flight Service / In-flight Administration: 3+ Years
Qualifications :
12 Years schooling or equivalent:
Experience in similar administration and support roles, preferably in a complex, multidisciplinarylearning environment.
Ability to handle different systems and applications.
Proficiency in using all office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
