Position: Cabin Crew Performance Manager Executive

About The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team of Performance Officers and Cabin Crew to meet and exceed company set standards.

You will work closely with the training and inflight teams to identify opportunities, create and implement strategies, and be responsible for coaching and developing individual team members to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities

Are

Ensure the compliance of standards and procedures at all times to promote the safety of the airline and exceptional inflight experience.

Collaborate with the training department in developing training programs to uphold and elevate onboard service.

Manage the Performance Officers (PO)/Inflight Trainer Checkers (ITC) and Cabin Crew duties to optimize productivity.

Assess each PO/ITC/Cabin Crew performance according to defined procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness, and exchange ideas to enhance onboard service standards.

Develop and implement service standards, procedures, and products onboard in coordination with inflight and training departments.

Provide welfare and counseling support to Cabin Crew, assisting with incidents or personal/professional issues.

Engage with underperformers through discussions, provide feedback, and monitor progress to align with service objectives.

Address behavioral/performance issues and apply appropriate HR policies.

Communicate regularly with the team about company and departmental objectives and individual roles.

Provide feedback on cabin specifications for new aircraft deliveries.

Operate as crew when required.

About You

We seek a passionate and experienced professional to join the Qatar Executive Cabin Services Team.

You should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Experience as a Flight Attendant with Business Aviation background and at least 2 years in a supervisory role (e.g., Performance Officer or similar) is preferred.

A strong background in performance management or related fields is required.
