Buyer – Interior Fit-Out Jobs in Dubai at Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting L.L.C
We are seeking a Buyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials required for project execution while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment for interior fit-out projects.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the project, estimation, and procurement teams to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required materials.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and discrepancies.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and pricing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer in an interior fit-out company.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP/procurement systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Preferred
- UAE experience in interior fit-out
- Strong network of local suppliers and subcontractors.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
