Job Description
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
Qualifications
We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, who can display a “passion for perfection” and work in adynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
Excellent verbal, interpersonal &communication skills.
Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management preferred.
Must be a strong team player with strong departmental cooperation.
Must be able to work well under pressure in afast-pacedand constantly changing environment.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with a third language as an asset.
Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
Must have the ability to assess and make decisions based on strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Must be able to maintain excellent professional presentation and grooming.
Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office products and Property Management System.
Luxury five-star experience necessary.
Must be willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts (according to the needs of the guests).
Must be able to stand for 90% of their scheduled time.
