Position Overview
A professional butler who will be responsible for providing personalized service to clients, ensuring a high level of comfort, privacy, and hospitality. The butler must possess strong organizational skills, discretion, and an understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring they are made comfortable upon arrival.
- Manage household duties, such as overseeing domestic staff, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
- Coordinate guest services, including reservations, transportation, and event planning.
- Oversee daily household operations and inventory, ensuring the property is well-maintained and stocked.
- Provide attentive service during meals, and ensure the client's preferences are met.
- Manage requests and provide solutions to any issues, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Perform general tasks such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and organizing schedules.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, household operations, and event management.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate client.
