Butcher or Meat Division (Sales) Jobs in Doha at The Holding Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering).
  • Identify and acquire new customers for beef, lamb, and premium meat products.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, tastings, and product presentations.
  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive chefs, purchasing managers, and foodservice buyers.
  • Support supplier coordination and commercial follow-up activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Assist management in identifying new product opportunities and market niches.
  • Support the daily commercial and operational activities of the Meat Division.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in meat sales, foodservice sales, or food distribution.
  • Proven experience selling beef, lamb, or premium food products directly to HoReCa customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.

Highly Preferred

  • Deep knowledge of meat cuts, grading systems, and specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with premium meat products (e.g., Angus, Black Angus, Wagyu, Grain-Fed, Grass-Fed, CAB).
  • Strong understanding of food costing, yield, portion control, and culinary requirements within the foodservice industry.
  • Background working with meat importers, foodservice distributors, or premium food suppliers.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
