Job Summary:

Looking young and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the sales/brands team, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination

Assist the sales team in daily operations, including order processing and client communication.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and contracts to clients.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) for order fulfillment.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new customers.
Handle complaints and escalate issues to the sales manager when necessary.

3. Order Processing & Logistics Coordination

Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with logistics teams for shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
Ensure proper documentation for invoicing, payments, and order dispatch.

4. Sales Reporting & Analysis

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Track sales targets and assist in meeting business objectives.
Identify trends and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.

5. Marketing & Promotional Support

Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and events.
Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and product catalogs.
Gather market insights and competitor analysis to help improve sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software and ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
