Butcher Jobs in Dubai at New Era Supermarket LLC
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat according to company standards.
- Ensure meat products are fresh, properly stored, and attractively displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and tools.
- Monitor product quality and remove expired or damaged items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Assist customers by providing product information and recommending suitable cuts.
- Weigh, label, and price meat products accurately.
- Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and quantity.
- Minimize waste through proper handling and storage practices.
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Supervisor or Store Manager.
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,200.00 per month
