We are looking to hire a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Teacher who will inspire students to explore the world of business and develop essential skills for their future careers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business principles and a passion for equipping students with the tools they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to students’ varying interests and skill levels in the realm of business.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and tests and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world application of business concepts.
Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learners and provide necessary guidance for student success.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to enhance the educational experience and facilitate student growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Education or related field.
Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
At least 3 years of experience teaching business-related subjects.
Strong knowledge of business principles and curriculum.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to child protection and safeguarding protocols.
Additional qualifications or professional development in education are considered beneficial.
