Business SetUp – Team Leader Jobs in Dubai at VIP PRO SERVICES

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin/Document Controller to manage and organize all project-related documents for our Interior Fitout projects. The role involves ensuring documents are properly stored, updated, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize project documents (contracts, drawings, change orders, etc.).
Ensure document version control and compliance with company standards.
Distribute documents to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist with project administration and track approvals/submittals.
Communicate with stakeholders for document-related inquiries.
Support general office administration tasks and maintain filing systems.

Requirements:

Experience in document control or administrative support (preferably in construction or fitout industry).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
