Job Summary
We are seeking a target-oriented and experienced Business Setup Consultant to manage company formation services across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore business setup processes, and the ability to guide clients professionally from consultation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Handle trade license applications, renewals, and amendments
- Coordinate with government authorities (DED, Immigration, MOHRE, etc.)
- Process visa applications (investor and employee visas)
- Provide PRO services and manage document clearance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver end-to-end support throughout the business setup process
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in business setup or company formation
- Strong knowledge of DED, Free Zones, visa processes, and PRO services
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English
Preferred Skills
- Sales or client acquisition experience
- Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures
- Existing client network is a plus
Salary & Benefits
- Package: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month
- Attractive incentives/commission based on performance
- Visa and medical insurance as per UAE Labour Law
