Business Setup Consultant Jobs in Dubai at Borderless Immigration
Key Responsibilities:-
– Receive the enquiries from Sales team and evaluate scope of work and other factors that impact the cost.
– Visit sites/clients for job briefs and measurements if required.
– Liaising with CNC machine operators to estimate the machine time required.
– Quantity take offs for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
– Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for material, labour, equipment, subcontracts etc. and share the same with operations for quotations.
– Ensure submissions of proposals as per the deadline.
– Sharing estimates/BOQs with the internal teams to enable them to carry out their tasks.
– Revise estimates to incorporate revisions in design, specification, variation etc (if required).
– Tracking all inquires and estimates submitted and presenting a weekly report to the line manager/management.
Qualifications:-
– Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
– 2-3 yrs experience as an estimator in an advertising industry/production set up.
– Communication and interpersonal skills.
