About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Formation Consultant to join our dynamic team at TheLeadingLink. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on all aspects of company formation and business setup in the UAE, while also actively seeking and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients about business objectives, industry, and desired legal structure; recommend the most suitable business setup options in the UAE (e.g., Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore).
Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing procedures, visa applications, and relevant legislation.
Guide clients through the entire company formation process including, company name registration and licensing applications, visa and residency applications for employees and sponsors, bank account opening assistance, obtaining necessary approvals and permits
Provide ongoing support to clients on various business-related matters, such as: Tax and VAT compliance, Labor law and employment regulations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and marketing activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads and target markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business setup, corporate advisory, or a related field in the UAE.
Proven sales and business development experience.
In-depth knowledge of UAE company law, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Google Workspace and task management software, MS Office Suite, CRM software.
Arabic language proficiency is a major plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,500.00 per month
