We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to join our expanding team.
Position Overview:
As an Experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial properties. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and providing expert guidance to clients in the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements for commercial spaces and provide tailored property solutions, including office, retail, and industrial properties.
Advise clients on the current market trends, property valuations, and legal considerations specific to commercial real estate.
Guide clients through the entire commercial property transaction process, from initial inquiry to final contract signing and post-sale service.
Conduct property showings, site tours, and virtual tours to showcase available commercial properties.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract commercial buyers or tenants.
Negotiate and close sales, lease agreements, and renewals for commercial properties.
Ensure proper documentation is prepared and processed, including contracts, lease agreements, and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and sales progress.
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Stay updated with the latest commercial real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
Sales Proficiency: Proven ability to sell or lease commercial properties, meet targets, and close deals effectively.
Networking: Strong ability to develop relationships with commercial clients, developers, business owners, and industry professionals.
Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales (REQUIRED).
Language: Fluent in English (Required), additional languages are a plus.
Education: Minimum high school diploma or relevant degree in real estate, business, or related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission Structure:
50% commission on company leads – For leads provided by the company, you will still earn a competitive share of the commission.
Visa Support: Company-sponsored visa for eligible employees (where applicable).
Training: Comprehensive one-week training program to ensure a successful start in the commercial real estate market.
Competitive Salary: AED 1,500.00 – AED 2,500.00 per month, with performance-based commission structure.
