Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Support Role) Location: UAE (Remote/Onsite) Contract Duration: 6-Month Extendable Contract Company: Avanza Solutions Job Description: Avanza Solutions is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for a 6-month extendable contract. This is a support role requiring expertise in Fast Formula, Payroll Implementation, and Core HR. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM modules and the ability to troubleshoot, configure, and support system functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for Oracle HCM, focusing on Payroll, Core HR, and Fast Formula. Assist in Payroll implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Develop and modify Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and processing. Work closely with HR and IT teams to resolve system issues and improve system performance. Perform system testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM modules. Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies. Support end-users by resolving queries and providing training as needed. Document configurations, processes, and system changes for future reference. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. Expertise in Fast Formula, Payroll Implementation, and Core HR. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HCM modules. Experience in payroll processing, configuration, and troubleshooting. Ability to develop and customize Fast Formulas for different payroll rules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
