We support businesses across market entry, corporate services, government relations, and document attestation, and we’re actively expanding our institutional partnerships across government bodies, chambers of commerce, banks, embassies, and private organizations in Qatar.
About the Role We’re looking for a driven Business Relations Intern to join our Strategic Partnerships team in Doha, working directly under our Strategic Projects Manager. This is a rare opportunity to be genuinely involved in how real partnerships get built — from first research through to signed MOUs — not filing paperwork on the sidelines.
What You’ll Do
- Research and help identify potential partner organizations across government, financial, academic, and private sectors
- Assist in drafting outreach messages, follow-ups, and meeting requests to prospective partners
- Help prepare and maintain a live partnership pipeline tracker, keeping status and next steps up to date
- Support the preparation of collaboration proposals and draft MOUs ahead of partner meetings
- Attend meetings and networking events alongside the team, taking notes and tracking action items
- Help coordinate meeting scheduling and follow-up communication with partner organizations
- Research relevant business events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Qatar
- Support day-to-day coordination between RAG and its growing network of institutional partners
What We’re Looking For
- Currently a student (business, international relations, communications, or related field), or a recent graduate, based in Qatar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Comfortable reaching out to people and organizations professionally, even when it feels unfamiliar at first
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Genuine interest in partnerships, business development, or relationship-driven work
- No prior professional experience required — we’re looking for someone eager to learn by doing
