Key Deliverables:
To understand the future system requirements of various businesses, find appropriate technological solutions and design the new systems to migrate from legacy systems
Provide specific technical specification documents to the IT Development team to work on new integrated and innovative IT solutions.
Provide regular guidance, direction and technical expertise to IT Development team to create new solutions as per requirements
Act as a L2 / L3 support for any critical Core Banking application issues and the integrations glitches
Evaluate, access and advice on the inclusion of any new module, feature or customization in the core banking application as a technical expert
Support in identification of “right talent” internally within the Bank or externally to work on business process management capability
Coach, Assimilate and Develop the BPM resources to understand the Bank’s environment and be a part of the development team
Provide expert advisory across various application support and IT program initiatives
Provide direction to the Integration & Innovation to contribute to
achievement of OAB’s goals.
Develop standards, policy, process and tools that promote and facilitate the mapping of data sources, documenting interfaces and data movement across the enterprise.
Collaborate to establish short and long-term integration platform capabilities and roadmaps as part of the transformation strategy
Ensue all related activities are in accordance with bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.
