JOB PURPOSE:
The Business Process analyst – TMO is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes within the Transformation Management Office to drive operational efficiency, enhance compliance, and support large-scale transformation initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, implement structured improvements, and integrate automation solutions to meet organizational strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement optimized business processes aligned with the organization’s transformation strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize process mapping methodologies to develop process models and drive improvements.
- Conduct checks to ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Support teams through implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and process performance to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation covering business processes, policies, and system interactions.
- Support the automation and digital transformation of business processes through business analysis .
