Job Description
Job Objective
To collaborate with Business unit related teams, Mobily units and external services providers to design business solutions that addresses customers’ requirements, emerging technologies, and therefore determine right solutions that meets customers satisfaction, engagement, and contributes towards achieving sales growth and revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities
Design architectures for projects or solutions that address business/application/data/infrastructure requirements.
Provide demonstrations, presentations, consultation, to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team in presenting proposals to clients.
Draft related Proposals and Tenders to support customers transfer their business need into technical requirements.
Develop customer engagement and growth approaches considering new industries and technologies.
Conduct a thorough understanding of customer requirements to provide customized and exceptional service.
Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and product revenue(s).
Conduct Knowledge transfer session to improve presales/sales teams’ capabilities and skills.
Interact with multiple technology vendors and stay up to date with their products and new solutions.
Handles RFPs/RFQs and build the solution to meet customer requirements while adhering to deadlines of submission.
