Role Brief:
The position provides support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) within the Operations division, focusing on budgeting, reporting, performance management, event preparedness, and project oversight. Effective coordination with Operations departments is essential for gathering information and following up on ongoing activities.
Key responsibilities include preparing and communicating departmental objectives that align with corporate strategic goals and ADAC’s performance management framework. The role will initiate the budget preparation cycle for both OPEX and CAPEX projects, ensuring that operational needs are documented and consolidating submissions for the COO’s review.
Additionally, the position will involve extracting and analyzing monthly financial reports to identify any overspending or savings, and working with departments to uncover opportunities for budget optimization. The role will also verify business cases for CAPEX project approvals by the Investment Committee.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
Minimum 5years’ relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or science.
Knowledge of Operations functions.
Experience in performance measurements and reporting.
Knowledge of Project Management.
Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Contracts and HR.
