Responsibilities:
Responsible for business analytics & insights, operations & program management, sales support, customer/partner experience, operational risk, and ROB.Design a Use-Case data collection template to collect all use cases arising from the Developers session and share these with the v-team.
Ensure a seamless event process and implementation template for the smooth running of all events – discuss events with vendors and partners and understand needs, risks, and opportunities to ensure successful events.
Ensure all vendors deliver on services as per PO’s initiated by the NSD (Timely and quality delivery of all deliverables).Follow up on vendor submission of invoices, PoE’s (Proof of Execution), and relevant documentation as per Procurement requirements.
General Implementation support.
Review data and insights for in-person events (developer skilling sessions) and ensure they are fed into the AINSI reporting system.
