We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager for Measurement & Calibration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth and profitability of the Measurement & Calibration business in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a technical background to identify market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead the division towards achieving its revenue and profitability goals.
The ideal candidate will also be a driver ofinnovationandprocess improvementto ensure the highest standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
Job Description
Develop and implement growth strategies for the Measurement & Calibration division to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development avenues to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuringcustomer satisfactionand continued business growth.
Take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the division, driving revenue growth while ensuring cost control, efficiency, and profitability.
Regularly report on financial performance, highlighting opportunities for improvement and areas of risk.
Lead the implementation of process improvements, leveraging technology and industry best practices to enhance calibration services and operational efficiency.
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge calibration techniques, tools, and technologies to maintain high-quality service standards and differentiate the business in the marketplace.
Oversee the execution of Measurement & Calibration projects in KSA & Bahrain, ensuring successful delivery within time, scope, and budget.
Provide technical support for complex M&C projects, troubleshooting issues and ensuring client specifications are met.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture ofcollaboration,innovation, andcontinuous improvement.
Support theprofessional developmentof team members, offering guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and talent retention.
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of market demands and identify new business opportunities.
Present market insights and business development recommendations tosenior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in calibration or measurement technologies is a plus.
Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience in business management, with focus on the measurement, calibration.
In-depth knowledge of measurement and calibration techniques, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities, business development, andstrategic planning.
