About the Role –
Our client is seeking a highly capable Business Manager / Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and oversee the operations of a diversified portfolio of businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing multiple business entities and can serve as the operational backbone of the organization. Working closely with the Founder, you will ensure smooth execution, drive strategic initiatives, coordinate across teams, and maintain visibility across all business operations.
The portfolio includes businesses in real estate, construction, AI-driven ventures, online businesses, manufacturing, and other growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder to oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple businesses.
- Monitor business performance, key projects, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with department heads, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and reporting structures across the group.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage high-priority tasks requiring executive oversight.
- Support business planning, expansion initiatives, and the evaluation of new opportunities.
- Prepare regular business reports and executive dashboards for the Founder.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Business Management, Operations Management, Chief of Staff, General Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing or overseeing multiple businesses or business units simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with business owners, founders, or CEOs is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience implementing business systems, SOPs, CRM/ERP platforms, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with diverse business interests.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
- Real Estate
- Construction
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Online/Digital Businesses
- Manufacturing
