Position: Business Intern

Compensation: AED 6,000 per month

WHO WE ARE
OliOli® (means joy in the Hawaiian language) is a multiple award-winning contemporary children’s museum that opened to rave reviews in 2017. Founded by a group of parents who are passionate about open-ended non-judgmental play, OliOli® entails 8 interactive galleries comprising over 45 hands-on exhibits.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Assist in the execution of cross-functional projects across departments such as marketing, guest engagement, and business analysis.
· Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business decision-making.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
· Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation initiatives.
· Support planning and coordination of internal projects and business initiatives.
· Analyze performance metrics and help track KPIs where required.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency and performance.
· Assist in documenting workflows, policies, and procedures.
· Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
· Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within agreed timelines.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
· Business Administration background and/or degree is preferrable, but all are welcome to apply
· Current students and recently graduated students are welcome to apply
· Positive and bright energy
· Ability to work in diverse team
· Great communication skills in Arabic and English
