We are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Consultant to lead strategic transformation initiatives that enhance operational excellence for a leading Saudi Arabian healthcare organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned improvement professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, leading change, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement enterprise-wide business improvement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through data-driven analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Lead complex process improvement and transformation initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Facilitate workshops and mentor cross-functional teams in process redesign and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Champion best practices in process management, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Lead organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance against industry best practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, patient experience, and organizational performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Science, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Quality, Data, Management, Allied Health, or another relevant healthcare or management field.

Professional Certifications:

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
  • Just Culture or other recognised Quality Improvement certifications (preferred).

You will bring:

  • A minimum of 16 years' experience in business improvement, continuous quality improvement, project management, or operational excellence.
  • Significant experience working within a healthcare environment.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and delivering sustainable process improvements.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
