Responsibilities
- Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for a specific business line
- Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead cross-functional execution by aligning specialist teams including Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, and Creative
- Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing funnel performance and developing hypotheses for experiments
- Launch and scale major growth initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships
- Improve systems and workflows by leveraging AI, automation, and Agentic workflows to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Operations
- Strong understanding of acquisition channels, conversion optimization, and customer journeys
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority
- Experience working with data and making decisions based on performance metrics
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, or consumer technology companies
- Experience launching new products or business lines
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and Agentic workflows
- Experience managing large-scale growth experiments and rapid test-and-learn environments
