Experience:
Experience in Science, Engineering or Business Administration or related field
Professional Membership and Certifications
EFQM certified assessor
Skills:
- Knowledge of all policies, frameworks and rules required to perform the job.
- Strong knowledge the EFQM excellence model with sold experience in using it for performance improvement in organizations.
- Strong knowledge and experience in quality management principles and methodologies.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning and strategic management (BSC is preferred)
- Solid experience in KPIs development and targets setting.
