Business Development Supervisor – Auto Central Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Al Masaood
We are seeking a Business Development Supervisor to drive the growth of Auto Central’s Aftersales business by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing service and parts revenue. The role will focus on expanding the Retail, Bodyshop, Fleet, and Government business while working closely with internal stakeholders to improve customer retention and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Build and manage relationships with fleet, government, and corporate customers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Aftersales Marketing team to execute customer retention and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead business development initiatives and support process improvement projects across the Aftersales business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Automotive Aftersales Business Development, Fleet Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of the automotive aftersales market, including Service, Parts, and Fleet operations.
- Proven experience in developing new business opportunities and managing key customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
