Key Responsibilities:
– Develop strong relationships with architects, designers, and consultants
– Secure product specifications in upcoming and ongoing projects
– Identify and track new project opportunities in the market
– Present flooring solutions along with technical proposals
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
– Achieve sales targets through effective conversion of project pipeline
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering
– Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in flooring, fit-out, or building materials
– Strong network with consultants, architects, and contractors
– Proven experience in specification sales
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
