We're building this new line of business from the ground up and are looking for a Business Setup Consultant to help us establish a strong footing in this space.
Role Description
The Business Setup Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for clients looking to establish, license, or restructure their business in the UAE — guiding them through free zone and mainland company formation, licensing, PRO and document-clearing services, and banking assistance.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who wants to build real expertise in UAE company formation and grow with Paci.ai as we scale this service line.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs on the most suitable company formation structure — free zone vs. mainland — based on their business activity and goals.
- Manage the end-to-end incorporation process: name reservation, initial approvals, licensing, and registration with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate PRO services and document clearing, including visas, Emirates ID, and government liaison work.
- Assist clients with corporate bank account opening, including documentation and bank liaison.
- Guide clients through license renewals and ongoing regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client cases, timelines, and status across the formation pipeline.
- Build and maintain working relationships with free zone authorities, government departments, and banks to keep processes efficient.
- Provide clients with clear, transparent updates throughout their setup journey.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Paci.ai's accounting and compliance services to business setup clients.
- Work closely with Paci.ai's accounting, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover once a client is set up.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in UAE company formation, corporate services, PRO services, or a related consultancy environment.
- Solid working knowledge of UAE free zone and mainland company formation, licensing, and PRO processes.
- Familiarity with UAE banking requirements for corporate account opening.
- Experience managing multiple client cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable liaising directly with government authorities, free zones, and banks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

- Client-focused with strong communication skills — able to explain regulatory and procedural matters clearly.
- Proactive and reliable in following up with authorities, banks, and clients to keep cases moving.
