– We are hiring for Business Development Executive to join our team immediately with PRO Service industry or HR Recruitment sales in KSA is mandatory.
– Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.
– Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit
Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits & develop new revenue streams.
– Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
– Initiate dialogue with key decision-makers (middle-level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).
– The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries
– Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, KSA Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, KSA Immigration services, etc.)
– Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team.
– Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
– Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services
– Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Driving License mandatory
- Preferred Languages: Arabic & English
Experience:
- Business Developments: 3 years (Preferred)
