As a Business Development Specialist, your role is simple in description, but powerful in impact:

You will be the person who opens doors, builds relationships, understands client needs, and turns them into real business.

This is not a “sit behind a desk” role.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable meeting clients, leading conversations, and owning the full sales journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to companies and identifying real business opportunities
  • Meeting with decision-makers and understanding their challenges
  • Presenting tailored marketing solutions in a clear and confident way
  • Managing the full sales process from first contact to closing
  • Following up consistently and keeping your pipeline organized
  • Building long-term relationships, not just closing one-time deals
  • Working closely with the marketing team to align on growth strategies
  • Contributing ideas for content and brand presence that build trust with clients

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Solid background in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead conversations with confidence and clarity
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (Ads, Content, Branding, Websites)
  • Self-driven and proactive — someone who takes initiative
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
