Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site in Riyadh. The role involves identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, building strong client relationships, and crafting strategic plans to drive growth. You will work closely with internal teams to align business strategies with marketing and product offerings, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, developing strategies, and making data-driven decisions
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, convey ideas, and collaborate within the team
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and evaluate potential opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in business development or sales is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic is desirable
