We are seeking a mid-level Business Development to bridge business goals with digital product growth. In this role, you will evaluate digital platforms from a business perspective, identify enhancement and feature optimization opportunities, and work closely with product and technical teams to deliver data-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Evaluate platform functionality and user journeys from a business perspective to identify improvement, growth, and optimization opportunities.
- Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements to guide product enhancements.
- Process & Workflow Design: Map out as-is and to-be business processes to optimize platform efficiency and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable product backlogs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis (preferably within digital products or platform environments).
