We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Associate in Business Development to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the overall business strategy to achieve our financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, outreach, and industry events. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to facilitate business growth. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving targets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
