Job Responsibilities
 Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to achieve positive closures. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Continuously track and develop the clientele. Analyze and identify the right prospective leads to convince potential customers effectively. Â
Candidate Requirements  Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills. Preferably native English speakers or individuals with a neutral accent. Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong
problem-solving
and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to maintain work ethics while handling a remote role. Ability to commit to 40 hours a week during UK / EST hours.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales & Marketing is a definite advantage. Â What’s in it for you? Â
