Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in industries requiring blue-collar talent, building strong relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious recruitment targets for blue-collar roles, focusing on market penetration and client acquisition.
- Understand the unique staffing needs of diverse industries like construction, manufacturing, and logistics, translating client requirements into effective recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate and close service agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and setting clear expectations for staffing services.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of client requirements and effective candidate sourcing for blue-collar positions.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, seeking opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, specifically within the recruitment or manpower services sector.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals for blue-collar staffing solutions.
- Strong understanding of the blue-collar labor market, including common industries, skill sets, and hiring challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
